THE GALVANIC CATALYSIS EFFECT
This effect takes place when the device creates a turbulent flow of water in its interior that generates around 0.9 volts across the galvanised surfaces of its electrodes. This alters the crystal structure of the calcium carbonate molecules. The new crystal form—aragonite—does not form limescale deposits.

AC830 Professional Boiler
Aqaclear® AC830 Professional Boiler reduces limescale build-up in plumbing equipment (pipes ,valves, taps, showers, heating elements in appliances, etc) by up to a certified 80%.
Available with connectors from ½″ through 1½″ and flow rates of 1 m³/h to 7 m³/h.
AC840 Professional Garden
Aqaclear® AC840 Profesional Garden reduces limescale build-up in irrigation systems by up to a certified 80%. Water treated in this fashion assists germination and plant growth.
Available with ¾″ connectors on both ends or with a garden hose connector on one end. Flow rate: 3 m³/h.
AC850 Commercial
Aqaclear® AC850 Commercial is specifically designed for use in installations with high flow rates of up to 100 cubic metres per hour: Automatic or manual car washes, establishments such as restaurants, bars, laundries and dry cleaners, hair dressers and barber shops, but also in places where food and beverages are made, such as dairies, bakeries, breweries, nurseries and so on. They are used in boiler rooms and for cooling and air conditioning equipment as well as apartment buildings, hotels, etc.
Available with normal or with silver plated (anti-bacterial) electrodes.
Connectors from 1½″ to DN150 and flow rates from 8 m³/h to 100 m³/h.
Sediment Filter
Aqaclear® Sediment Filter is necessary in all Aqaclear anti-scale device installations where no sediment filter otherwise exists. It protects the Aqaclear devices from silt and abrasion through sediment that arrives with the water supply. It comes equipped with a 50 micron filter cartridge for optimum removal of sediment and maximum protection of your plumbing system and your Aqaclear device.

General Information
Aqaclear is a water treatment solution designed to prevent limescale formation in plumbing systems, household appliances, swimming pools, spas and industrial installations.
Aqaclear modifies the crystalline structure of minerals in hard water, preventing them from forming limescale deposits.
It is ideal for residential homes, commercial facilities, and industrial applications where limescale prevention is necessary. If you have a swimming pol or a spa, it is recommended to install separate units in each.
Installation and Maintenance
Aqaclear should be installed directly in the main water supply line. It is recommended to install a sediment filter with a 50-micron cartridge and also a pressure regulator if the water pressure exceeds 4 bar.
In pools or spas the Aqaclear device is installed directly into the filtration system. In this case, a sediment filter is usually unnecessary, since the pool or spa filter will do that function. Pressure regulation is normally also not necessary in these cases.
While it is possible to install Aqaclear yourself, we recommend professional installation to ensure optimal performance.
The Aqaclear device itself is maintenance-free, but it is advisable to periodically check and clean the pre-filter to ensure proper functionality.
Performance and Benefits
While Aqaclear primarily prevents new limescale from forming, over time, it can help dissolve existing deposits as treated water passes through your system.

Technical Specifications
The Aqaclear device operates efficiently within a pressure range of up to 10 bar. However, prefilters operate at lower pressures of up to 4 bar. A pressure regulator is required if the pressure exceeds this limit.
A 50-micron cartridge filter should be installed to remove impurities like sand and small stones that could affect performance. Note that in swimming pools and spas this is usually not necessary.
